A qualified booked estimation is a homeowner who: (1) owns their home, (2) wants an HVAC installation or replacement (AC, heat pump, gas furnace, hybrid system, or oil furnace), (3) has agreed to an in-person estimate, and (4) has a confirmed appointment in your calendar with a date, time, and contact details.
What if a lead cancels or doesn't show up? +
If a lead cancels or is found to be unqualified, you receive a refund or a replacement booking. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after written confirmation. Note: refunds do not apply if the contractor fails to attend, refuses the appointment, or if the cancellation is due to factors outside our control.
Do I need to set up a Meta Ads account? +
Yes, a Meta Ads account is required so your ad spend goes directly to Meta under your name — keeping everything transparent and in your control. You can set it up yourself, or we can set it up for you as part of onboarding. We manage everything — the creative, targeting, and optimization — but you own the account and pay Meta directly. Emperian Agency LTD was founded after watching too many good contractors fail not because they were bad at their trade — but because they were wasting money on leads that never converted.

Shared lead platforms, cold contact forms, pay-per-click ads with no follow-up — the industry was full of models that served the platform, not the contractor. We set out to build something different.

The first estimation fee of $97 is required upfront to initiate your campaign. This covers account configuration, campaign build, pixel installation, CRM integration, and calendar setup. Subsequent estimations are charged after each booking is confirmed.

Ad spend is paid directly to Meta by the Contractor and is subject to Meta's own advertising terms and refund policies. Emperian Agency LTD does not process, control, or refund ad spend paid to Meta.
